Willis Raburu has shared the image of his transformed self on his Instagram page showing, a collage of his before and after undergoing Bariatric Surgery.
Willis Raburu reveals that he has lost 30 kilograms and wishes to continue losing weight to remain healthy.
Willis revealed that he decided to reduce his weight because of health complications, saying his blood pressure and cholesterol level were high causing his health to deteriorate.
Raburu opted for bariatric weight loss surgery. He says that he has no regrets about undergoing the surgery.
“I went to surgery around May and I don’t regret it one bit. It took 3 days to get out of the hospital and a little bit longer to heal,” Willis Raburu said
The surgery itself was expensive but worth it. Willis Raburu reveals the expenses that he used in order to go for the Bariatric weight loss surgery. He said that in Kenya it is approximately 600-900 thousand however, Kenya is the cheapest compared to other countries like Thailand, Dubai, and Turkey.

“A surgery costs approximately Ksh.600-900k but it’s cheaper in Kenya compared to other countries like Dubai, Turkey, and Thailand,” Willis Raburu said.
Willis Raburu is a journalist working with Citizen Tv as a television presenter and radio Presenter at Hot 96.
Apart from working as a TV presenter, he is also a reporter and a news anchor who specializes in current affairs and also feature stories.
Willis Buru started his career at Mediamax K24 as an intern after graduating. In the year 2010, he joined Citizen Tv and started as a news reporter.
Willis Mburu later progressed to become a host of the show truth meter and later hosted the show 10 over 10.
