Miss, Nderitu felt the attacks and made concerned solutions over the emerging issues by outlining strong measures including peace talks in order to end ambush attacks on civilians most especially the use of drones.

The Ethiopian ruling regime (government) will apply new tactics and military methodologies either this week or next week in areas affected by wars in Tigray, the government stated in a statement on Monday this week.

The UN and AU bodies have magnificently called upon the takeover of the security responsibilities of the affected areas since the outbreak of civil war in November 2020.

The Tigray People’s Liberation Front-TPLF and the ruling regime made directives on how to attend peace searching meetings which were on October 9 later postponed due to “logistical’’ issues.

According to the new announcement, the AU clarified that Thursday, October 24, 2022 as the new date for the most awaited peace talks which will take place in South Africa.

Making a satisfactory road map, Both Tigray rulers and the government have significantly put into mind that both are ready for peace talks by any means in order to find a long-lasting solution.

The return of war on the Ethiopian territory has shown a standstill development in Ethiopia at large leading to civilian suffering, Ms. Alice Nderitu added to her statement.
