Current Form

Despite bossing LaLiga, Xavi’s side Barca has not had similar success in the UEFA Champions League. The Catalans drew 3-3 with Inter Milan in midweek, a result that has Barcelona in 3rd position in group C. They are 3 points behind Inter, who need just a win in their final fixture against Viktoria Plzen to qualify for the knockout stage.

Real Madrid, on the other hand, has already qualified for the knockout stages in the Champions League despite drawing with Shakhtar Donetsk in the Champions League on Tuesday night.

Time to Bounce Back

Having not won LaLiga since the 2018-2019 season, FCBarcelona may just have to shift their full focus to the league in case they fail to qualify for the knockout stages of the Champions League. The odds are pretty much stacked against them.

Real Madrid will once again try to show their supremacy over FC Barcelona in the last few seasons. Los Blancos has been dominant and in good form having won the Champions League and LaLiga last season, and level on points with Barca in this campaign.

Match Deciders

Robert Lewandowski- top scorer in LaLiga with 9 goals and two assists. Terrifying to the Los Blancos faithful.
