Kiharu Member of Parliament, Ndindi Nyoro on Sunday, October 9 made the astounding assertion that Farouk Kibet has the key to President William Ruto’s office.

He claimed that without the consent of his aide Farouk, not even Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua could contact the President.

Speaking at a Farouk-organized Thanksgiving ceremony at Koilel Primary School in Uasin Gishu County, Nyoro claimed that Kibet is a significant figure in Ruto’s inner circle and a brilliant event planner, particularly when the President is set to attend events.

“Farouk is a very important person. Many people hear of him and think he has an office at the office of the President,”

“Farouk’s office is that of the President of Kenya. Because you can’t access the president if Farouk says no. Even the deputy president who is my friend to reach him Farouk must say yes,” he said.

Appointed Cabinet Secretary for Roads, Transport, and Public works and elected Elgeyo Marakwet Senator, Kipchumba Murkomen also stated that Farouk Kibet is a dedicated and industrious employee who used to set up meetings for them.

“Farouk is a diligent worker. His office will always be located where the President is.”

“He was assigned the role of arranging us in the office so that we have seamless operation programs,” he added.

While describing Farouk, Gachagua said he would wish to work with him but the President told him off saying he should look for “his own Farouk”.

The DP noted that the aide has been instrumental in Kenya Kwanza Alliance’s win saying he made a huge contribution.

Farouk is a long-serving personal assistant of President Ruto.
