Defending champions KCB face Harlequins in Impala Floodlit Quarter-Final

On Saturday, Impala Floodlit Tournament defending Champions KCB will be hoping to advance to the next stage as they face Kenya Harlequin.

Following a two-year break due to Covid 19, the Impala Floodlit tournament returns to the delight of Rugby fans.

The Club category edition will start at 2.20 pm with a varsity derby between Strathmore Leos and Blak Blad from Kenyatta University. The competition received a huge boost when Kenya Breweries Limited donated Sh2 million to the event. The winner will move on to the semifinals, which will take place next Saturday.

Nakuru and Menengai Oilers will then clash at 4 pm and will be followed by the fixture between hosts Impala and Nondescript at 5.40 pm.
KCB and Quins will wrap up the day at 7.20 pm.

In 2019, the tournament’s previous edition, KCB beat Menengai Oilers 23-14, maintaining their title.
