Barcelona have failed to reach to the round of 16 in the UEFA Champions League competitions after being knocked out by Bayer Munich on a 3-0 defeat.

Barcelona Boss has been told to change his technical staff after the loss against Bayern Munich that led to their exit from the Champions League Competition.

This will be a back to back exit from the Champions League that the Catalans have suffered this season after Inter Millan victorious win of 4-0 against Viktoria Plzen.

Despite spending big in the summer on a slew of new recruits, Barca have dropped to the Europa League and pressure has already increased on Xavi to win the LaLiga and Copa del Rey at all cost.

According to reports by the media outlets, Joan Laporta expressed his concerns about Barcelona technical staff and he believes it is one of the problems at Camp Nou.

Xavi’s assistant and right-hand man is his older brother, Oscar. The 46-year-old deputized Xavi during his managerial roles with ASPIRE academy and AL-Sadd.

In addition, Xavi’s other assistant is Sergio Alegre, who was fired by third-division side Rubi back in 2016. Alegre also worked as a scout in the lower division club Olot.

According to Casanovas’ report, Xavi does not really trust his coaching staff as he makes the big calls alone without consulting his staff, who he deems to be without “authority and character.”
