According to gospel singer Guardian Angel’s wife Esther Musila, the trait is what she believes helps hold partners together.

In an interview with Sauti TV, the 52-year-old urged married women to follow Rachel Ruto’s example and emphasis praying for their husbands, citing this as one of Rachel Ruto’s most important lessons she has learned.

“I’ve learnt from mama Rachel is, as wives, let’s pray for our husbands. When we go down on our knees and pray for our husbands, that is what holds them together. It holds the family, it holds the nation. I’m so proud of her and I’m going to emulate her. I’ll pray for my husband, go down my knees and pray for him every day,” she expressed.

Her admiration has been expressed not only by Musila but also by controversial personality Andrew Kibe, who recently advised women to follow in her footsteps.

Kibe, who referred to Rachel as a noblewoman, urged women to aspire to her, stating that her carefully filtered and limited words are essential for promoting peace.

The content creator hinted that most women fail in their union because of too much talk.

“Learn from Ruto’s wife. She only talks when she is in church. Apart from the church, she doesn’t talk,” Kibe said.

Adding; “Some of you have broken up your marriages, your relationships because you couldn’t stop yourselves from talking.”

Rachel has been a strong pillar in her husband’s life and praying for him.

This was also acknowledged by her husband, whom she addresses as Bill, who claimed to have been prayed into victory at the major historical event when he was named the fifth President-elect of the Republic of Kenya.
