“I’m so sorry for your loss Owen,” Gospel artist Kambua sent her condolences as well.
As many continued to send their condolences, Gospel minister Pastor T Mwangi joined in, recalling the fun he had with Ngashville back in his early days in Nairobi as a budding musician.
“You embraced me with love and never cared whether I was an upcoming artist. We lived in Ruaka as neighbours and indeed the ministry has lost a great light. May God comfort your family,” he narrated.
His fans didn’t forget about him; they expressed their sorrow and noted how much they will miss him.
Ten years ago, Ngashville became well-known thanks to the hit song “Kaza Mwendo,” which featured Danco and Daddy Owen.
He then donated the proceeds from his first album to a children’s home, as a charitable contribution.
According to reports, Ngashville stated that the children at Good Samaritan Children’s Home had urgent needs, which is why he donated album proceeds to them.
Switch media extends its heartfelt condolences to his family.
