In a security briefing meeting held in Murang’a County on July 13, Kibicho debunked Kenya Kwanza’s accusation and noted the National administration officers are tasked to serve with integrity and propagate civic education to voters to avoid voting in mischievous leaders.

There is this allegation from the Kenya Kwanza team about us interfering with the work of NGAO officers which I dismiss and I don’t want to give room to the allegation to go viral.

“As National Administration officers we are employed to serve Kenyans with a lot of neutrality but we also have a responsibility to enlighten Kenyans on Civic education as far as the general election is concerned,” Kibicho alluded.

Kibicho further noted that the administrative officers are responsible for advising the voters on electing leaders with the gist to propel the country to its due peak.

We continue to call out voters to look out on issues of integrity, transparency, honesty, and consistency to the candidates seeking elective positions,” he added.

He calls out the Kenya Kwanza faction to stop being dubiety once the administration mentions issues with corruption and integrity and that focus on their bid to maximize their possibilities to get elected in the August election.

Whenever we talk about stealing public resources, they always think we refer to them. We are not referring to them, we are referring to thieves in Kenya. If you are not a thief, why should you worry?” He challenged Kenya Kwanza.

However, among the discussed issues in yesterday’s meeting was to expedite the closure of disciplinary cases of interdicted assistant chiefs to ensure the resumption of services in the affected sub-locations through consultation with Deputy County Commissioners (DCC).
