DP says sabotage of the Big Four agenda is the main reason for his anger and what has led to the current high cost of living.

The response came about following Wednesday’s situation where the DP temporarily halted
his speech to scold a man who allegedly disrespected him at a public rally in Vihiga.

Tuwe na heshima. Kama kuna mtu ametumwa hapa kuja kuharibu mkutano mseme saa hii mapema ama muondoke kwa hii mkutano

(Let us have respect. If anyone has been sent here to cause chaos at this meeting, you better say or you leave this meeting), he asked.

“Wewe kijana wacha kunijibu, unanijibu kama nani? Kama umeleta kisirani kwa hii mkutano utoke. Huwezi kuja hapa kuharibu mkutano” (Young man, stop answering me. You are answering me as who? If you want to disrupt this meeting you better leave. You can’t come here and disrupt our meeting), he added.

“We are angry and hungry because of the high cost of living and soaring
fuel prices” said Ruto.

Further addressing the issue of high costs of living, DP Ruto said that it has been an issue that should push Kenyans to vote for a visionary, fresh and obligated government.

While speaking on a tour of Kisii, Migori, and Nyamira this Thursday, the DP told the residents that the rivals were immersed in his anger due to a lack of agenda.

“You have no agenda, that is why you are talking about Ruto’s anger.
Mine is small, Kenyans are angrier because they sleep hungry and the high cost of living is high. You will be shocked by the anger that will force Kenyans to vote in masses and push you out of the ballot in August,” said DP Ruto.

He reminded the citizens attending that his political opponents did not comprehend what sleeping hungry was hence resorting to peddling lies instead of sharing agendas and policies to help Kenyans.
