According to The Guardian newspaper, the agreement between the former NSYNC member and his
management business grants them complete control and ownership of his stake in
over 200 songs he has written.

“Justin Timberlake is not just one of the most
influential performers of the last 20 years, but he’s also one of the best
composers of all time,”
said Merck Mercuriadis, the founder and CEO of
Hipgnosis.

This year, the business also bought the late
singer-songwriter Leonard Cohen’s collection and 80 percent of country musician
Kenny Chesney’s royalties.

and Lance Bass, 43, were the members of the band when it disbanded in 2002.
