Amber submitted a binder of doctor’s notes to NBC’s Dateline, a weekly American television newsmagazine, ahead of her candid interview with Savannah Guthrie, an American broadcast journalist, and attorney, which aired on US television on Friday, June 17.

“There’s a binder worth of years of notes dating back to 2011 from the very beginning of my relationship that were taken by my doctor, who I was reporting the abuse to,” Heard said in a teaser for the interview, as reported by Deadline.

These notes were excluded from the six-week-long defamation case that Johnny Depp won.

Amber’s attorneys were banned from bringing the documents as evidence during the Deep-Heard trial after the court disregarded them as “hearsay.”

According to Dateline, the documents included one incident in 2012 in which Heard told her therapist that Depp allegedly “hit her, threw her against a wall and threatened to kill her.”

As per the program, Depp allegedly ripped her nightgown and threw her on the bed, eight months later whereas in 2013, he allegedly “threw her against a wall and threatened to kill her.”

In reaction to Heard’s NBC interview, Depp’s spokesperson informed Dateline the “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor merely wants to “move forward” after winning his lawsuit;

“It’s unfortunate that while Johnny is looking to move forward with his life, the defendant and her team are back to repeating, reimagining and re-litigating matters that have already been decided by the Court and a verdict that was unanimously and unequivocally decided by the jury in Johnny’s favor,” said the statement.
