More than a dozen South African companies will be in Nairobi this week to explore trade opportunities with Kenyan businesses at a major networking forum.
The South Africa–Kenya Business Networking Forum 2025 will take place on Tuesday, September 23, at the Concord Hotel in Parklands, running from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The event is organised by Wesgro, the trade and investment promotion agency of South Africa’s Western Cape, in partnership with the Tshwane Economic Development Agency (TEDA).
At least 15 companies from Pretoria and the Western Cape will showcase products and solutions in agri-tech, greenhouse automation, premium rum, EdTech, eyewear, homeware, organic fertilizers, safety wear, engineering, and emergency equipment.
The organisers said the forum will feature a short seminar from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., followed by targeted business-to-business meetings.
The initiative comes as Kenya and South Africa continue to deepen trade ties, with both governments seeking to ease market access for goods and services.
