Tottenham Hotspur are intensifying their summer business with a fresh bid to land Manchester City winger Savinho, while also chasing Como’s young midfielder Nico Paz.

Spurs boss Thomas Frank has made Savinho his priority after losing out on Crystal Palace’s Eberechi Eze, who joined Arsenal earlier this month. The 21-year-old Brazilian, currently on City’s books, is open to the move. According to reports in London, Tottenham have signalled they are ready to pay £60.7 million.

A source close to the negotiations told TalkSport that “Savinho is keen to make the switch to north London,” though City are weighing their options.

At the same time, Tottenham have returned with an improved £43 million bid for Paz, the 20-year-old Argentine midfielder making waves in Serie A. Como, however, remain firm. Club officials are said to be holding out for closer to £60 million.

Elsewhere in Europe, Real Madrid are facing growing speculation over the future of winger Rodrygo. Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City have all been linked, yet the Spanish champions are still waiting for a formal bid. The 24-year-old, who has three years left on his contract, remains central to Carlo Ancelotti’s plans — but interest from England is not fading.

Tottenham’s recruitment team has also kept tabs on West Ham playmaker Lucas Paquetá, 27, and Monaco’s French talent Maghnes Akliouche. Reports from France suggest Monaco would be prepared to sell Akliouche for about £47.5 million.

In other transfer developments, Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma has reportedly agreed personal terms with Manchester City. The two clubs are still in talks, but the Italian could soon replace Ederson if a deal is struck.

Liverpool, meanwhile, are expected to test Newcastle’s resolve again over Alexander Isak. The Swedish striker scored against the Reds last weekend, prompting renewed interest. Newcastle are bracing for an official offer in the coming days.

Manchester United are also active. Belgian goalkeeper Senne Lammens missed Antwerp’s match on Sunday as his £17 million move to Old Trafford draws near.

At West Ham, manager Graham Potter’s position remains safe despite poor results. Club insiders insist there is no immediate threat to his job, though pressure is growing.

Elsewhere, Chelsea are ready to revive their pursuit of Alejandro Garnacho from Manchester United and Xavi Simons from RB Leipzig — provided they can trim their squad first.

Leeds United are also moving in the market, closing in on a deal for 16-year-old Shamrock Rovers midfielder Victor Ozhianvuna and lining up Leicester’s James Justin in a £10 million move.

Middlesbrough are set for a busy week, finalising deals for Newcastle defender Matt Targett on loan and Senegalese forward Kaly Sene from Lausanne. Sheffield United are also active, agreeing a fee for Japhet Tanganga with Millwall.

The final week of the transfer window promises drama. With Spurs pushing hard, Liverpool circling, and Madrid waiting, Europe’s biggest names could yet be on the move.
