The 29-year-old, Saturday Night Live alum, Pete Davidson has always been open about his mental health challenges and that he has been in and out of mental health facilities since he was nine. He has battled with anxiety and depression and was also diagnosed with borderline personality disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder that he told the public back in 2018. Prior to that, some years back in 2016, he said h had thought his heavy use of marijuana caused him to have his mental breakdown.
According to sources, Pete Davidson is going through in-patient therapy at a mental health facility currently to address issues of the post-traumatic stress disorder and symptoms of borderline personality disorder and that his friends and family are supporting him.
Last year, Pete underwent trauma therapy after online harassment from Kanye West and his fans when he was dating the business mogul and ex-wife to Kanye, Kim Kardashian. According to sources close to Pete, Kanye’s antics were negatively affecting him and he needed some help and had no regrets dating Kim but wanted to focus on his career.

Pete has shared that immediately he got his diagnosis he went back to smoking because he felt the drugs made him feel better. He had said that, during his sobriety he had never felt sadder in his life and that smoking help him deal with his Crohn’s disease and ease his anxiety.
Recently, Pete was charged with a misdemeanor of careless driving after he got into a car crush with a fire hydrant with his now girlfriend, Chase Sui Wonders.
