Kenyan singer and songwriter, Nadia Mukami, shared her views on the role men play in a relationship and the rules revolving around the game.
The mother of one emphasised that men should be allowed to spoil their ladies even if they have their own money.
“Naturally, men were created to fend for their families and women to be pampered,” Nadia said. I firmly believe that a man spoiling me shouldn’t be an issue.

A woman being financially stable doesn’t stop you from taking her out on dates in new restaurants, buying her flowers, shoes, gifts or a handbag she likes.
“Spoiling a woman doesn’t mean you pay my bills, that’s where people get it wrong,” Nadia added.
Nadia says she doesn’t consider paying bills to be spoilt, a fine line she believes many people struggle to understand.
“If she is your girlfriend or wife, spoiling means taking her out to some nice restaurant she might have not been to for a meal, buying her flowers, buying her a shoe, a handbag she likes, or gifts she likes. That is what spoiling a woman is all about. It is not necessarily about paying bills,” she explained.
The proud mom recently launched a spa and beauty business.
She urged women to learn to always save for a rainy day and to sacrifice today to gain a better and safer tomorrow.

She advices that it’s good to list your priorities and save some emergency funds.
Her parting shot was to always save and set aside some funds for something you can never foresee, just in case something happens, you have a place to start because life is unpredictable.
