Africa Continental Cup T20 kicks off in Nairobi

The Africa Continental Cup 2023, a T20 tournament played by four African teams is underway at the Gymkhana Club Ground in Nairobi, Kenya. The 10-day tournament will host four African countries.

The tournament is organised by the UAE and will include Kenya, Rwanda, Botswana, Uganda, Nigeria and Tanzania as participants.

The aim of the International Cricket Council is to grow Cricket in different parts of the world. As per the schedule Kenya will start the tournament on June 9 at 7:30 am in the morning against Rwanda.

After that Botswana will go on to compete at 11:30 am in the morning with Uganda.

The tournament will mostly take part early in the morning hours and at noon time. This will go on till the last day, June 21, whereby the two teams that will have reached the finals will compete at 12 noon.
