Abel Mutua and Eric Omondi Advise President on 15%Tax

Abel Mutua who is also known as Mkurungezi, also advised the president in a recent interview, to increase the number of people he should be taxing rather than pinning the few, an act he termed as draining and demotivating.

Eric Omondi has also once again reminded the president not to tax content creators, urging him to declare the financial bills 2023 Null and void and not to allow it to get to parliament, today being Madaraka day.

“Mr.President punda imechoka” Eric Omondi stated. He also went ahead to explain that it is not a holiday to any Kenyan stating that the nation is under economic slavery.

“It is not a holiday if gas prices are high, it is not a holiday if Unga iko Juu, it is not a holiday if petrol iko juu, it is not a holiday kama manyumba zimefungwa,” Eric stated.

Eric Omondi who has been at the forefront against the 15% tax on content creators and online media, has also urged the government to allow the creators to find their foot and therefore should be supported and not be taxed.

The 15% tax has seen celebrities share their views on different platforms across social media.

“I love what mkuru you saying on taxes. It is not about whether or not to pay it’s about the percentage.” Alex Kibe commented on Abel’s interview.

Eric Omondi’s battle for the creators has been backed by netizens, online in the comment section as many came out to support him for continuously stating facts.
