Earlier, the Azimio side disagreed with the declaration of the majority side in the County Assembly, hence making a misunderstanding with the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) by settling the issue in court.

On the other hand, the court stopped the declaration which showed that Azimio earned the fruitful majority position justifying its political perspective.
According to a viewpoint statement issued on Tuesday, October 18, 2022, Chief Magistrate Cosmas Maundu clarified that Ng’ondi’s ruling remained unacceptable and considered null and void.
Maundu made summoned both Azimio la Umoja and Kenya Kwanza for planned inter-party hearings on Tuesday, November 1, 2022.
Given righteous political methodologies, the Azimio side had its nominated candidates: Moses Ogeto, John Ndile Musila, and Peter Imwatok as the identified majority, deputy leader of the majority, and majority whip accordingly.
Chege Mwaura, Ngara Member of the County Assembly also wrote to the Registrar of Political Parties-Anne Nderitu in order to seek a confidential clarification on the matter.
In a statement, Mwaura lauded the ruling made in the National Assembly over the political sits should be looked upon at the county level of the operation.
Speaking to the press, Kileleshwa MCA, Robert Alai, stated that the United Democratic Alliance party had no confidential political procedures inside the Nairobi County Assembly chambers.
