William Samoei Ruto is the new president

The long-awaited day finally dawned as William Samoei Ruto had won the presidential seat of Kenya after the 2022 general elections as announced by the electoral Commission cahirman.

William Ruto and his running mate alias Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua have bagged the win of the presidential race for the 2022 General Elections.

The two leaders are in charge of Kenya Kwanza Alliance for the leading positions a face to the manifesto labeled as the Peoples manifesto, all for the people’s good.

Kenya Kwanza Alliance was formed through a union of prominent leaders like Musalia Mudavadi, Moses Wetang’ula, and Boni Khalwale

Elected president Ruto reminded the people that the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Chairman, Chebukati Wafula, is indeed a hero for the elegance in the delivery of work.

“In this election, there are no losers. Kenyans have won because we have raised the bar for any politician who likes to lead that it is about manifestos and not ethnicity. Without forgetting that the hero of this election is IEBC led by Wafula Chebukati,” said Ruto.

Ruto went on to further urge his fellow politicians that he is willing to work together with them in building the nation that is to his opponents Raila Odinga, Mwaure Waihiga, and George Wajackoyah.

As the president-elect emphasized that his government would be an inclusive one that believes in building its institutions as a way of ensuring growth for the nation.

Commending Kenyans for being issue-based more as they sought a leader to answer the issues faced at hand by a Kenyan Citizen. The turnout of voters he said was a great one able to steer the country in a new direction.

Pointing out that the People had exercised their sovereign right and that the people are sovereign. Reiterating that the people have spoken and he is grateful, H.E Ruto said that he will be honored to steer the nation of millions.

“We have raised the bar for this Nation as People of Kenya, for we have refused to be boxed into Ethnicity. We are going for change hence there is no time for tell-tales, the country needs saving and it will be great if we all work together,” said the former Deputy President Ruto.
