INDIO, Calif. — Coachella has unveiled its headline acts for 2026. Pop superstar Justin Bieber, rising favourite Sabrina Carpenter and Colombian hitmaker Karol G will top the bill across two weekends next April.
The festival, staged in the California desert, will run from 10–12 April and again from 17–19 April. Carpenter will open on the Friday, Bieber will lead Saturday, and Karol G will close on Sunday.
The organisers confirmed the news in an Instagram post, writing: “Hard launch. Passes on sale Friday, September 19 at 11 a.m. PT. Register now for access.”
It marks a return to live dominance for Bieber, who released his seventh album Swag in July, followed swiftly by a surprise sequel, Swag II. Carpenter is riding high with her seventh record Man’s Best Friend, while Karol G’s Tropicoqueta, released in June, has topped charts across Latin America and beyond.
The headliners are not the only draw. Friday’s bill features Teddy Swims, Central Cee, Disclosure and The XX. Saturday will bring The Strokes, Labrinth and David Byrne. Sunday’s line-up includes Young Thug, BIGBANG, Laufey, Major Lazer and FKA Twigs. Anyma will also present the world premiere of a new live show, titled Æden.
Coachella, founded in 1999, has become one of the world’s most influential music gatherings, often blending global stars with cult favourites. The event has previously hosted Beyoncé, Radiohead, Bad Bunny and Blackpink.
For 2026, YouTube will again serve as the exclusive livestream partner, offering global audiences access to both weekends.
Passes will go on sale on 19 September at 11 a.m. PT, with demand expected to be intense.
