NAIROBI — Jubilee Party Secretary General Jeremiah Kioni has directed all party branches to ensure that special interest groups are represented in the delegates’ list ahead of the upcoming National Delegates Conference (NDC).
The special NDC is set for September 26, 2025, with the party expected to review its structures and chart its political course ahead of the 2027 elections.
In his directive, Mr Kioni emphasised inclusivity, calling on branches to capture youth, women, and persons with disabilities in their submissions. “We want every Kenyan to see themselves in Jubilee. This NDC is about renewal, and no voice should be left behind,” he said in a statement.
The instruction comes as Jubilee prepares to rally its members after months of internal wrangles and shifting political alliances. Party insiders say the NDC will also discuss leadership changes, membership mobilisation, and strategies to strengthen the party at grassroots level.
