Following the dismissal of the entire cabinet and the attorney general, President Ruto has today nominated 11 individuals for approval by the national assembly. Among them are Kithure Kindiki, Aden Duale, Alice Wahome and Soipan Tuya who have been retained from the previous cabinet.

Land, Public Works Housing – Alice Wahome
Education – Julius Ogamba
Defense – Aden Duale
Agriculture and Livestock Developement – Andrew Muhia Karanja
Environment – Soipan Tuya
Water, Sanitation and Irrigation – Eric Muga
Roads and Transport – Davis Chirchir
ICT – Dr Magaret Ndung’u
AG – Rebecca Miano
The president said consultation across the political divide is at an advanced stage to come up with the best cabinet to realize the potential of the nation.
