It seems as if Brian Chira will face another lawsuit yet again. The Kenyan content creator Brian Chira is notorious for verbally attacking other Kenyan celebrities on his TikTok live streams and Nyako is having none of it.
Content creator Nyako is known for her unapologetic opinions and willingness to fight with her viewers during her TikTok livestreams. This time around she is coming after Brian Chira accusing him of defamation.
Nyako shared during a live session with Obidan Dela that she plans to take legal action against Brian Chira for defamation during a shared video on September 24. She expressed that Chira had made defamatory remarks against her and the video was evidence.
Nyako mentioned that Chira was getting used to insulting Nyako on his platforms and taking legal action was the most effective way to stop him. She added that Azziad taking him to court was something she admired.
“Hivi vile anaendelea, huyu kijana ashanitusi online mara kadha na videos ziko. To stop this, I have to go the Azziad way. Huyu kijana amaenizoea.”
Despite the efforts of Obidan to calm Nyako down, the obviously upset content creator kept on expressing her disappointment and anger towards Chira. Obidan tried to urge Nyako not to take legal action against Brian Chira.
Nyako expressed her disappointment when she found out that Chira accused her of using him when she took his side after Azziad filed a lawsuit against him earlier this year. Nyako went after bloggers like Eve warning them to stop making Chira a villain in their stories.
Obidan expressed that he was disappointed when Chira insulted Nyako. He shared that Chira had indeed reached out to Nyako to thank her for supporting him. He added that he played a role in letting Nyako assist Chira.
Chira accused Nyako of claiming to have helped him financially and pointed out that his financial support was from the public. According to Brain, Nyako only provided the platform that facilitated financial contributions from the public.

Chira however came back to apologize for his remarks against Nyako. He claimed that he was not himself when he made that video. He added that he made that video when he was upset and angry.
Earlier this year Chira was arrested for defaming Azziad and sharing her personal contacts. He was later released on a bail of Ksh 50,000 after being arraigned in court. He pleaded not guilty.
