At the center of this collaboration is the enhancement of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) centers in Kenya. By aligning the skill sets of Kenyan workers with the specific demands of Germany’s labor market, this partnership seeks to address the need for skilled professionals in Germany.

Approximately 60 TVET centers will undergo significant transformations, refining their educational programs to directly cater to the skill requirements of various German industries. Proficiency in the German language is also essential for Kenyan workers aspiring to work in Germany, facilitating seamless integration and effective job performance.

Beyond employment prospects, the collaboration extends to discussions about optimizing agricultural practices and adding value to key products such as coffee, tea, and dairy items.
