Days after Andrew Kibe posted a video calling out former Nairobi Governor, Mike Sonko, Kenyans have waited for Mike Sonko’s response and the former Nairobi governor did not fail to deliver, as he trained his guns on the content creator.
Alas, the wait is over and Mike Sonko has indeed dropped a bomb.
Sonko took to his Twitter account and shared photos of Kibe and his ex-wife as well as a statement from his former pastor about his marriage.
In the post, Sonko claims that Kibe is gay and that he will reveal the reason why Kibe really divorced his wife. Referring to Kibe as ‘Her’, Sonko went on to promise Kenyans a full expose on the scandal.
His tweet gets mixed reactions with others warning him that Kibe will retaliate. Others post pictures of men Kibe has gone after before, like Kabi Wa Jesus and Bahati dressed as women.
A few days ago, Kibe released a video he titled, Why Sonko is an idiot. In the video, he shares his sentiments on Sonko. He starts off by saying that Sonko would make a good content creator and clout chaser but besides that, he is an idiot.
In the video, he explains that Sonko lacks his own brand yet he has travelled the world and has the money to create his distinct brand. He calls Sonko stupid for flossing his designer clothes online.
Kibe goes ahead to acknowledge the clothes Sonko is wearing are expensive and would be a lot to most people who watch his videos.

Kibe then addresses that with that kind of money that Sonko has built for himself, he should teach the youth how to make that kind of money for themselves. He finishes the video by comparing Sonko to Sauti Sol, who he also claims has no brand despite their music.
In another video done recently, after he criticises Sakaja’s video of going around Nairobi after a day of protests last Wednesday he goes to Sonko’s video. Sonko was giving food and water to police and protestors when he stopped to address the media.
Sonko is seen saying that he has houses in Dubai and London that he can go to. He urges the protestors to opt for other options of protesting because unlike him they have nowhere to go.
Kibe then brings up the question of where Sonko gets his money and uses the Narcos theme song to make a hint.
Kibe is yet to respond to Mike Sonko’s tweet.
