‘I’m not going back to Barca, I’m going to Inter Miami’ says Messi
Lionel Messi has confirmed that he will be moving to Inter Miami CF in a deal that reportedly includes an option for the Argentine to become a part-owner of the MLS side.
Much speculation has surrounded the 35-year-old’s next move over the past few weeks, with Messi being heavily linked with a move to both Saudi Arabia and Barcelona.

But he has finally settled on his decision, despite being reportedly offered a ginormous £ 2 billion deal, which could have seen him join Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal.
Speaking on the rumours that he could return to Barcelona, the seven-time Ballon d’Or winner said: ‘I really wanted [to return to Barcelona], I was very excited to be able to return, but after having experienced what I experienced and the exit I had, I did not want to be in the same situation again: waiting to see what was going to happen and leaving my future in hand from another.

Alexis Mac Allister: Liverpool signs Brighton & Argentina midfielder for £35m
Liverpool have completed a £35m deal to sign midfielder Alexis Mac Allister from Brighton on a five-year contract.
The fee could rise to £55m for the Argentina playmaker, who helped Brighton finish sixth in the Premier League this season to qualify for Europe for the first time.

The 24-year-old scored 20 goals in 112 appearances for the Seagulls and helped Argentina win the 2022 World Cup.

“It’s a dream come true and I can’t wait,” said Mac Allister. “I wanted to be in [from] the first day of pre-season, so it’s good that everything is done. I’m looking forward to meeting my team-mates. “It was a fantastic year for me – World Cup, what we achieved with Brighton – but now it’s time to think about Liverpool and try to be a better player and a better human being every day.”
