Zari Hassan, a well-known Ugandan socialite and mother of five children, has stirred controversy after encouraging her female followers to cheat for money.
Zari urged women to cheat for a house, a plot of land, or their dream car in a series of Instagram story posts on Saturday, emphasizing that men cheat for ridiculous reasons like brown thighs and tongue rings.
“Baby girl, if you get a chance to cheat for money then please do. These men are cheating for stupid reasons like brown thighs, tongue rings and big behind.
“Cheat for a house, cheat for a piece of land, cheat for your dream car. It is what it is,” she wrote.

While her statement has elicited a range of reactions, it is clear that Zari regards cheating as a means to an end.
She claims that cheating does not begin in the bedroom, but rather with seemingly innocuous actions such as accepting friend requests, liking photos, and sending heart reactions to other people’s stories.
Zari believes that emotional cheating can easily lead to physical cheating and that women should not be afraid to cheat in order to obtain what they desire.
“Cheating starts with a friend request, a like, a heart reaction to their story. It’s time we call it for what it is. It starts with emotional cheating that leads to physical and that’s a fact,” she wrote.
Zari also advised men to allow an honest woman to love them, pointing out that many women only date for money. She claims that if a man’s girlfriend does not occasionally ruin his day, she is probably doing it to her main boyfriend.
Zari believes that relationships are not always easy and that minor squabbles are a sign of a healthy relationship.
Zari, on the other hand, was quick to clarify that her posts were not directed at her current boyfriend, Shakib Cham.
She stated that she prefers old-fashioned love and desires to do everything with her man. She also posted a photo of Shakib and referred to him as a rare gem.

“I’m stuck in that era, I like old-school love. I want to have my man and do everything with him. It’s the small little things for me,” she wrote.
Zari went on to say that she would teach her four sons to respect women and her daughter to respect herself.
Zari is not the first person to speak out against cheating.
On Valentine’s Day of 2018, she dumped her then-boyfriend, Diamond Platinumz, due to infidelity.
