Kush might have just upgraded the cookbook for how to make the tastiest liver on the block using unconventional methods, on Switch TV’s Kitchen Safari.
On March 15th’s episode of Kitchen Safari, it all went down in the kitchen with Kush as she wowed the masses yet again with a delectable meal of vegetable rice and fried liver.
During the culinary marathon, what stood out the most was the fact that she started by boiling the liver while adding salt, oregano leaves, and a bit of rosemary to elevate the liver. (She has a thing for rosemary by the way).
She took the whole ‘my kitchen my rules,’ mantra a little too seriously. Though her method was new and unconventional for most, the results were quite the spectacle.
As usual, chili was part of the menu, no wonder Kush was on fire. (Pun intended). As Kush put it, Jikoni ni kuchangamka, (The kitchen needs you to be active) and she indeed delivered.

At the end of it, the show’s producer came through with the rates, awarding her a solid 8 out of 10, to which Kush retaliated by saying she may have gotten that because there was no ugali.
However, all that notwithstanding, she rated herself a 9.5 out of 10. We can all agree that she nailed that dish.
