Kush Tracey takes us through all the procedures of cooking delicious meals in the Kitchen without spending exorbitantly while making the simplest meals on a budget that spells out the mantra ”Simplicity is Genius”.
Look no further, because Kush has got you covered with a simple yet delightful dish of the classic Ugali-sukuma and beef in Kitchen Safari.
In last week’s episode of Kitchen Safari, we feasted with our eyes as Kush Tracey prepared a simple yet tantalizing dish of ugali sukuma and beef.
She made sure the wet fry was wet enough to get our mouths watering. During her back-and-forth in the kitchen, she made it known that she is a spice kind of girl, saying that food without spice doesn’t cut it for her.
“Chakula bila spice is a lie’ or as she put it in layman’s language, dull. Chili was on the menu, and it seemed as though the air was spicy enough for her to make reference to Carlos’ drumsticks or popularly known as teargas.
Kush was not being modest with her cooking prowess, and with good reason as the food looked appealing even via the screens. She did not come to play with that ugali, putting her heart and soul into it. While she was at it, she pointed out that she was ready to cook for her future family.

Kush Tracey’s future husband, wherever you are, just know that you, (well your stomach mostly), shall be in good hands.
She also talked about self-care and the importance of surprising yourself with nice things, (She based it kitchen-wise but the statement is welcome for further interpretation).

Fun fact: Kush Tracey loves the sizzling sounds onions make while being fried. Who would have thought?
