Samsung Electronics East Africa has launched the latest Galaxy S23 Series, offering customers a premium smartphone experience.
The lineup includes the Galaxy S23 Ultra, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23, and was unveiled on February 1, 2023, at the Sarit Centre in Nairobi.
The launch was attended by Samsung Electronics East Africa Managing Director TS Lee and local tech enthusiasts, media representatives, distributors, dealers, and partners.
“Our 2022 MX business performance was strengthened by strong sales of our premium smartphones, including a sustained performance from the Galaxy S22 series and best-ever recorded foldable sales,” said Samsung Africa President and CEO BS Hong.
“I am confident that with the successful launch of our new flagship model, East Africa will play a leading role in driving the success of Africa this year,” Hong added in a statement.
The Galaxy S23 Ultra (512 GB) will retail at Ksh 209,999, while the Ultra 256GB will sell at Ksh 195,999.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy S23+ (256 GB) will cost Ksh 154,999, and the Galaxy S23 256 GB will retail at Ksh 135,999.
The smartphones come in four colours: Phantom Black, Cream, Green, and Lavender, and will be available for pre-order from February 2 to 28, 2023.
