Popular host and entrepreneur Murugi Munyi has admitted that she is finding it hard to cope in a long-distance marriage.
Her Husband left for the UK after being offered a job. The news of his new job gave Murugi both a feeling of excitement and anxiety, as he was going to be away from his family and loved ones.
She took to her Instagram account to lament she was having a hard time being in a long-distance marriage, however, she is trying her best to be positive and hopeful about the situation.
Murugi revealed that since the day of her husband Zach’s departure, she has been crying non-stop.

In a video Murugi Munyi explained how she was coping with a long-distance marriage, she explained that sometimes she would randomly cry and other times she would eat her emotions away.
“How I’m coping with being in a long-distance marriage…. random crying throughout the day and emotional eating,” Murugi Munyi revealed.
In the video, the entrepreneur captioned emotional eating and random crying were her coping habits, she acknowledged that she was not doing well currently. Still, she believes that it is part of a process.
Murugi hopes she will one day be able to make peace with the time difference and Distance.
“Gotta be honest I’m not doing that great but I’ve read a lot about how people manage such enormous transitions in their lives and I know that this is part of the process,” Murugi said.
The known host continued to say that some days were better than others and but she was able to live through the overwhelming days.
Some days are better than others. Some days I wake up feeling hopeful and strong. On other days I wake up feeling discouraged and overwhelmed. So far I’ve survived 100% of all the days whichever mood I’ve found myself in so I guess I’d say I’m doing pretty alright.. yeah? Yeah.” Murugi Munyi said.
