Keroche Breweries Heiress and Nero CEO, Anerlisa Mugai, has advised her fans against posting and exposing their lives on social media.
Learning from her past experience she mentioned that she had peace after she stopped posting her relationship and relationship status on social media.
“This is just a reminder that you can be on social media and still not parade your private life online. Two years of keeping my life private have brought so much peace to my life. The likes views and trends are not worth your peace of mind.” Anerlisa posted on her socials.

The businesswoman continued to say that not all of your followers are praying for your success but are waiting for your downfall. Hence one should live their life the way you see fit without seeking validation from others.
“Truth is, most of your followers pray for your downfall. You owe no one any explanation. Just do you. That’s all.” Anerlisa wrote.
Recently she posted that people rarely care about your struggles in life however, they only care if they benefit from you in one way or another. When you cut off the benefits they cut you off and make you miserable.
Anerlisa encourages people to focus on themselves and make genuine friends who actually care for them and not their possessions like money.
“I have more respect for people who have clean hearts, not the car they drive, the many holidays they take, or how much they spend. The people who can’t even help you financially will be the people checking on you always. Invest only in yourself and only you and choose friends according to how you feel about their hearts. We learn through experiences. I believe nothing bad in life is permanent.” Anerlisa posted.
