Shiv Arora, the CEO Superior Homes Kenya told the media that the new investment ‘Lukenya Wildlife Estate’, will compose of half, one acre and a-half-acre parcels.

“This development seeks to cater to investors who love the thought of becoming one with nature as it is defined by tranquillity and ample outdoor space within Swara Plains, yet it is within easy reach of Nairobi City and Machakos town,” Arora noted.

In the new project, investors of the project will have an opportunity to self-build their homes.

The CEO mentioned that the project is ideal for residential or investment for its closeness to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, which is approximately 20 kilometers away.

“Being part of this community comes with a commitment to conserve and preserve the environment around us, even as we enjoy what it has to offer. Everything about this project will be in line with nature, from the roads to the designs of the homes,” Superior Homes managing director Ian Henderson said.

Arora said Lukenya Wildlife Estate will be designed to make it easy for them to integrate into the surroundings.

To ensure a proper balance of the architecture and the landscape, there will be architectural guidelines to enable a homogeneous feel for all homes structural designs, in order to guarantee minimal light pollution and to have indigenous landscaping designs.
