Kenyans are not sleeping when it comes to borrowing because it has only been 24 hours and Ksh 400 million has already been borrowed from the Hustler Fund.
According to a government statement, 1.4 million people have registered.

Kenyans will be able to borrow up to Ksh 50,000 from the Fund at an interest rate of 8%.
