The Kitengela International School failed to release their KCPE outcome, as the school headteacher claims they have rejected the results.
The headteacher John Wanyonyi has written to the parents of their 2022 KCPE candidates explaining why they did not release their results.
He indicated in the letter to the parents that,
“All our candidates have the results but we have disputed.”
Wanyonyi further explained that there were no cases of irregularities, and all their pupils received their results, however, they are disagreeing.
He argues that the school has never attained such low marks as provided and he suspects that there might be a mix-up of the exam papers from the school during the marking.
“We have launched an official complaint to the relevant bodies, Kenya National Examination Council and the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, and the matter will be listened to on Thursday,” Wanyonyi said.

When the media inquired for more information from him on Thursday, he responded that he was still held up at the KNEC offices in Nairobi, waiting to have a meeting with top officials of the council.
The school headteacher also noted that The Kitengela International School has always recorded good performance in the Kenya Certificate of Primary Education, and is committed to following all constitutional and due procedures to retrieve the hard-earned rightful marks for every candidate.
