28-year-old rapper, Takeoff, reportedly shot dead at a bowling alley in Houston, Texas.
According to TMZ, the fatal incident happened shortly after 2.30 am at a bowling alley called 810 Billiards & Bowling Houston. This is after the police were notified of a shootout, according to law enforcement sources.
It is reported that an altercation broke out, leading to the opening of fire. Whether a mistake or a homicide, police are yet to confirm.
Kirshnik Khari Ball, famous as Takeoff, was pronounced dead at the scene. Two other people are also reported to have been shot but have since been taken to hospitals in private vehicles. Quavo’s representatives have assured that he is unarmed.
Earlier in the night, Takeoff, while at the bowling alley, posted a story on Instagram.

Migos came into stardom after their 2013 hit ‘Versace’. 2018’s The Last Rocket, which debuted at No. 4 in the US, was Takeoff’s only album. Last month, the duo also released Only Built for Infinity Links with Quavo.
In addition to other significant honors, Migos received a 2018 BET Award for Best Duo/Group. Two of the group’s four studio albums went platinum, topping the charts.
Arguably the best rapper in the group, Takeoff, was also loved for his humor. Offset explained to Rolling Stone in 2018 that his raps are so powerful because “he analyzes a lot.” “He just has power”.
