Three people were on Saturday morning reportedly dead after a 14-passenger Matatu collided with a speeding Trailer at Ngata Bridge in Nakuru town.
The accident dragged off one side of the Matatu Nissan van that was carrying an unknown number of passengers on board.
According to eyewitnesses, at least 3 people in the accident at Ngata Bridge lost their lives.
The trailer on the other hand also registered major damages on the front and rear wheel sides.
It is not clear whether the Trailer driver was also injured or died in the accident.

On the spot, several passengers were quickly rushed to the nearby health centers for further medication, hence the two who were in critical condition were rushed to War Memorial Hospital Nakuru.

Police officers took over the duty of the traffic check at the scene as investigations into the accident is underway.
The National Transport and Safety Authority-NTSA cautioned motorists to drive with caution as they are approaching the Festive season.
