Businesswoman Amira has already declared her intention to challenge one of the newly elected Senators in 2027, despite the fact that they have not even taken the oath of office.
In a post on Instagram, Amira, the ex-wife of well-known businessman Jimal “Roho Safi,” refrained from saying which county she plans to run in ahead of the August 2027 elections.
Following her breakup with her husband, who serves as the chairman of the Matatu Operators Association, Amira has been on a journey to rebrand herself over the past few months.
She stirred up social media two weeks ago when she posted pictures of her body changes on Instagram.
The mother of two appeared to have lost a lot of weight in the images, and she continued to brag about her accomplishment.
The weight drop occurred shortly after Amira declared she would focus more on “taking care of herself.”
“The grass is not greener on the other side; it’s greener where you water it. And that’s on putting myself first. I did it! I’m so proud of myself! This is how -17kgs looks like, pats myself on the back,” she said.
Amira has previously gained attention for her public dispute with the father of her two sons, which resulted in her filing for divorce.
