Vesha Okello, first born to singer Akothee celebrated her 25th birthday by purchasing a brand new car on Sunday, July 24.

Although Akothee’s daughter’s birthday is on June 11, getting a car still remained a target that she eventually saw materialise the next month.

Sharing the exciting news with her Instagram fans, the businesswoman highlighted the upgrade she made, since the new automobile, which appeared to be a 2018 Nissan Juke, is an improvement of the model her mother gifted her for her 18th birthday.

“Finally gifted myself this baby for my birthday. Upgraded,” captioned Vesha on the reveal video.

Akothee couldn’t contain her pride and delight at receiving the news of her daughter’s latest purchase. Posting a similar video as Vesha, the mother of five made it clear that the gift was not from a sponsor, to dispel any rumours that may arise from the event.

“See this firstborn. Vesha Esha Awuor Okello, you keep surprising me. Well, this is the second car she is buying for herself, I first bought her a car when she turned 18 and our agreement was, she will never ask me for fuel nor insurance nor maintenance,

Well, I can say I love you girl. I am proud of you mom. Hakuna sponsor hapa(there’s no sponsor here) it’s pure work smart passion and patience,” expressed Akothee.

However, Akothee recalled that the unexpected news had taken her by surprise, as she assumed Vesha had called to announce her pregnancy, something she was not prepared for at the time.

“A year down the line after her confirmation at work, she surprised me with an upgraded version of her new car. Just yesterday she called me and said she had a surprise for me. I thought she was pregnant. Sasa hii heart Attack yolo,” said the “Oyoyo” hitmaker.

Akothee, who recently made headlines for undergoing artificial insemination in France due to having baby fever, ended the post by urging her daughter to take her to clinical appointments now that she had a new car.

“I clap for my daughters as I wait for my turn. I love you, mom. Sasa unibebe unipeleke clinic(Now drive me to clinic),” said Akothee.
