Citizen TV Journalist, Chemutai Goin, has lost her father Mzee Andrew Arap Goin, on Wednesday, June 8, after battling Cancer for a long time.
Mzee Goin’s family members eulogized him as a loved dad, an exponential man with great and satisfactory wisdom.
The TV journalist decided to share her dad’s last moments on social media before he took his final bow yesterday.
“At 84, Dad fought a fight for his life, in the end, he won, some victories are about peace… We mourn now but, in the end, it shall be well,” Goin shared.
The late Mzee Goin is renowned as a farmer and an agricultural officer who served with resilience until his retirement.

Apart from that, Mzee Goin is eulogized as a well-served Christian and a man who loved education in his society.
His education-loving character is witnessed after leading his community in having synergies to finance Cheplelachbei primary and secondary schools in Nandi county.
Deputy President, William Ruto, is among those who sent their messages of condolences to the family.
“Our prayers and thoughts are with relatives and friends of Goin’s family following the passing on of Mzee Andrew Arap Goin of Cheplelachbei village in Nandi County. Rest In Peace,” Ruto Tweeted.
